Hello everyone

Sorry I was absent for few days because of the work load that I had in office,so please excuse me.

I got up at 6 am as usual and after doing Yoga-cum-meditation went out for natural air outside. The air in the morning is very cool here, Bhagalpur is a place where you walk out for few meters you will be in the laps of mother nature. Green fields every where, few fields green with ladies finger cultivation,few with wheat at its harvesting stage etc. After walking around one kilometer aimlessly I found a tea stall run by a poor family on the road side. My self being very fond of tea happened to stop and take one cup of tea. There were three more people sitting there and enjoying their tea. At one shot I recognized that these people are surely from the engineering college,haven't slept the whole night. When I sat a boy of 8 years(confirmed from his mother) served me the tea. I strongly refused to accept the tea from him, his father came running to me saying " sir, aapko kya huwa". I was speechless and did not say anything . When he repeated the same question ,I very gently after cooling my self said "Bhaiya, chotu ka naam kya hai?". He replied "Sir, kya huwa?". At some distant I could see the fear in that child's eye, he was afraid that he have committed some mistakes unknowingly and will be beaten by his father.   Again I asked "Bhaiya, chotu ka naam kya hai?". "Sir,Bhola shankar" tea stall owner replied. See the quick reaction that came out from my mind, and I said "aapne iska naam rakha hai bhagwan ke naam par aur khelne kudne ke umar mein aap iss se kaam karwa rahe hai". He was startled at my talks and so were the boys who were having tea. Tea owner's wife came running with the tea and she also stood listening me. I asked him how many children does he have ,he said two. His other child was around 5 years old and he was still sleeping. I told him why don't you send Bhola shankar to school? He replied "Bhaiya, woh padh likh kar kya karega Bada hoke isko v tho yahi Chai ka dukaan hi chalana hai". I was not shocked as his both parents were not educated. Then I explained and requested that please send Bhola shankar to school. Send him to government school,then I explained about the funds that comes to school for the developments of children. I told the couple , don't worry  about teachers not teaching in schools. Once Bhola shankar starts going to school he will learn many things by himself only.Every child has capability, their parents just need to channelize it in right direction. I told the family You are very lucky and you should be proud that you have only two more mouths to feed. Think of the family who have more than four children. After sitting there and lecturing(but I meant every single word) for around 45 minutes, I was about to leave as I had to get ready for office those three students came near me and asked "which year?". I asked "what?". They said "You are in Bhagalpur engineering College?" I said "No'. Then we had few talks and and they pulled out their bike and left.I made the couple to promise me that they will send their child to school from tomorrow itself. They have promised me and I hope these people keeps their promise. Tomorrow again I will visit them at same time and directly ask Bhola shankar about his school. 

Friends please do something for those people who could not study and that legacy is being followed by their parents. Please lets join hands together in this mission and move on. Everyone is doing something or the other in some city and they must be coming across people like this. Now on wards please don't ignore and walk away but please convince the elders and send these children at least in government schools.

2009-2013

Subhsandhya and Namaskaar

This is the heaven where I have spent my life's four year. The good days started in July 2009, I was allotted room number 125 in Boys hostel number 2. The good thing about BIT Mesra is that ,the college is not only good in academics but in every aspects if anybody wants to compare. The rooms in BIT Mesra is single which gives us sense of privacy and secured. The room contains one table, chair, Iron bed,ceiling fan and a cupboard. In my final year I was in room 125 of the 730 acre campus. My room was used for every purpose in the campus apart from smoking and drinking, this tradition was not there in our time and I hope its not today also. This room was used to plan a meeting, fight, events, cooking (Maggie),Seeing movies on projector and  mischief. This room has produced very good engineers in past, engineers staying in this room is in Indian Navy, NHPC, Verizon, Mu-sigma etc.The Present Engineer staying in this is placed in Wipro. When I was walking through the corridors I was missing all my other friends and especially my friends of this lobby. I remember how we use to listen Bhojpuri song played by one of our friend from production engineering. The torture that I gave to this lobby by playing devotional song 6 in the morning on my Philips woofer 5.1.  A lot of things i remember.

I will not write more as I am missing my friends a lot. I will burst into tears

Next time i will continue with heavy heart

Present Day Teachers

गुरु गोबिन्द दोउ खडे काके लागूँ पाँय, बलिहारी गुरु आपने गोबिन्द दियो बताय

(Guru gobind dou khade, kaake lagoon paay Balihari guru aapne gobind diyo batay)

it means,

(Guru(Teachers)and God both are here to whom should I first bow. All glory be unto the guru path to God who did bestow)

When I was in class four from that time I wanted to be professor, these dream built upon when my Dad use to tell me the respect a teacher earns and professor  or Phd. is the only designation that you earn from your hard work unlike Padma bhushan,padma vibhushan etc. But time changed and my priority also changed when my friends circle started telling "Jo life mein kuch nahi karta woh teacher banta hai". I totally disagree with these people, but somewhere in my heart those words have occupied place. so I decided that I need to show my friends that I can do something else also and so I joined job for them not for my self.After five yaer I will be getting into academics, I love teaching and I want to do miracle in that fields also.

Then, gradually I realized that present day teachers are very much different.I totally agree that everybody cannot remember everything in life, not even Einstein and Newton. But, a teacher is someone who guide its students and build interests in them.Teachers today come in class just to fulfill their attendance rather than intention of teaching. Today teachers behave like dictator in class, so that students in that fear don't ask questions. There are few teachers who make students fear them and in class also they scold for unnecessary reasons. They take class by giving the class to solve a numerical and that numerical is never solved by the teacher on the black board, lecture ends and he goes.These are some of the reasons that students are not learning anything. Students be physically present in class but mentally they are absent. They never build up interests in that subject,when exams near they just mug up some important notes or few expected questions and pass. Today teachers need to build interest in students, they need to be their friends, if teachers don't know any questions raised they should not hesitate to say no to the students and ask them time to answer the question. Students should be free to discuss type of questions to teachers, like even what is 2+1.Let me tell you people why this question 2+1=? comes to the mind of engineering students,its not that they don't know the answers. These questions arises because somewhere in the back the students is disturbed, let it be any issues from home to college and from girlfriend/boyfriend to job life. When that back end problem is solved I tell you he can even solve the most complicated puzzle from Shakuntala Devi's book. Teachers of today need to build interests in students and be their distance friend with whom even the gap is maintain and then the students will be in their limit or behind their line. Teachers are not those who will compare themselves with the students. Teachers should agree with the fact that few students mind are sharp and they take up/ grasp things very quickly and nicely.

Teaching should come from your interest so that you will produce best professionals. Teachers of this generation should know the fact that they are just few percentage contributor to the students best performance,its students who works very hard even after your torture in class.

The above lines of Kabir Ji is for the teachers beyond 1990.

Teachers please don't torture students anywhere and really work hard for your lectures.

The market scene of 2003 is still vivid in front of my eyes,in those days there were no Malls or hi-fi shops in Patna. Patna in those days were also not a safe place for ladies to go outside the house for shopping and so maximum shopping were done either with male or solely male use to do it.I remember during those years people from other states or own state use to say the state is in hands of 'Jungle Raaz'. I remember how people of my state use to hide their place of residence. When Dad was in office and we use to be at home during our vacations then Mom use to give me list of grocery items and some money to get from her instructed shop only. In those days I use to buy the pulses or so called 'Daal' of Rs 27 maximum that too for Masoor or Arhar(Best quality or best daal). Yesterday I read in News paper and saw the electronics media where they showed Rs 100/- for the 'Daal' that use to cost Rs17/- in 2003. I am shocked with the price hike in our food items.How will a common people afford pulses daily in their one time meal? Our Prime minister Modi Ji rather than building smart cities first please concentrate on Agriculture of our country other wise the days are not far when we people will die of hunger. Modi Ji nothing will happen to you or your ministers because you people get food at very cheap rate i.e. between Rs 1 to Rs 5 only in Parliament and that to number of varieties served in your Plate or in language of Parliament its 'Thaali".Susma Swaraj Ji once raised question in the Rule of UPA that common people thinks only " ki Kitna uske gathari(Wallet)se gaya and kitna aaya". So Sushma Ji now is your government then why are you not minding your ministers or lets say suggesting them about it. Modi Ji I am not against you or your projects but yes you are not able to see the pain of common people its because you are living a very posh life. Modi ji I am not activist but yes I have met many people in Punjab with the help of my friends father who gave up his job to help farmers of our country. I tell you people the land that will be occupied for the road construction or for the smart cities these lands are very fertile. The fertility rate of these lands are very high. With the smart cities completion I tell you the grocery items cost will really touch the sky.My dear Engineer friends think for developing some good technology for high production of grains or study genetic engineering on google in your leisure time and develop some good hybrid crops.And I also request my friends to come into agriculture, we need to pass on legacy of doing best agriculture in our country just like all those martyrs of our country who sacrificed their life for freedom and for their future generations. I am telling for this alternative because "Kutte ka puch Kavi sidha nahi hota".

Used my tea break time of Office to write this. so I am not doing injustice with my Job.

Odour of the Beautiful Morning

I had  hot discussion with my seniors and colleague in office and I am really disturbed with this man.

Bad experience From Bhagalpur to Kahelgaon

We choose government so that when it will come to power it will look after our problems. I am very emotional person and I cannot see anybody in pain let it be a person who have conspired against me.While travelling to office today I took out my neck from the auto(in Bihar its commonly called Tempu)  to see the black cloudy sky and get the cold breeze that was blowing. I was lost in nature's lap for a while until our auto driver had to brake all of a sudden. I saw a vehicle,in front it read "Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from...................".Neta ji's Scorpio has actually taken the wrong move without showing any indicator. Auto driver murmured something and Neta ji sitting inside got the lips movement, that rascal Neta ji came out from his vehicle and started beating the driver. All nine of us came out for his rescue but Neta ji was not leaving him. This Rascal was so much drunk that he was not in his own controll, I am shocked that its 9:20am and he is drunk and behaving like a hooligans with other people on roads. I was shocked to at this rascal's behavior and was pitying those constituency people who have voted for him. 

I tell you that the last government of Bihar according to me have only sold liquor shop license nothing else. Today in Bihar after every 50 meters you will find a liquor shop which is really very pathetic. Development is not the name of building infrastructures and roads. You need to even bring law and order in the state. 

I am appealing to the people of Bihar to choose the government very wisely and after choosing its not that your duty is over . People ,you need to supervise the  government if they are doing wrong then you need to oppose,complain about them in court or write to election commission of India. People don't be afraid of any body but God. The only harsh truth that we know today is that every human living on this earth have to die one day.

If we really want to live in peace and harmony we need to challenge evrything wrong happening in our country, states or home.

Stress Reliever thanks to Dr. Roshiana Gowloog

Good Evening, Namaskar and Pranam

Due to an extra work, today I returned home from office at 6pm and I was very much tired and was not willing to cook. Then I remembered aunty (Dr.Roshiana gowloog) she is avikesh's Aunty so by following the rule of Mechanical concept i.e. "Law of thermal Equilibrium" or 'Zeroth Law"

I am mentioning this law because Avikesh is my best friend. I remembered how aunty taught me to make mint leaves tea and I tell you its very good stress reliever. The entire method of its preparation goes like this:
Take few leaves(according to number of serve ) in boiling water, add some bishop's weed(ajawain) and  then add either salt or sugar depends upon own's taste. Finally boil it for three minutes and then serve.

Aunty thank you so much for teaching me this recipe.

Jolly Mood

Hello dear friends

“Being happy doesn’t mean that everything is perfect. It means that you’ve decided to look beyond the imperfections”.

After a long time met my parents, had Mom's cooked food and also met my friends. Today in the office my output was much better compared to the last week. My seniors and colleague walked up to me and said you look good when you are happy. I was disturbed extremely from past three months and that disturbance was due to my "Guru", I don't know weather I was right or wrong. I would like to tell all the people please don't take too much tension in your life it will ruin your health. I would also like to tell all the "Gurus" please don't torture your students rather be friends and together sort out the problems. "Gurus" should never compare themselves with students, they should be proud of their students growth.I am not criticizing my Guru who have mentally tortured me,because I am  strong follower of Gandhi ji and I follow one of his quote which reads "Hate sins not sinner". 

Writing this first content from office.

so bye friends, need to do some work other wise it will be injustice to my job,will meet again.
